yeah ive tried that too but it doesnt work on mine, i guess im just gonig to go to the cingular store, see what tehy can do about it

i called and they said it was probably one of those new virus's, you have to take it in to get it checked, you may need a new phone

Please check your nearest LG service center for an firmware update, maybe this helps.

sorry i didnt reply sooner but i went to a cingular store, they just sent me a new phone and it works fine now, no charge or anything
