Okay!
I was having trouble trying to get myphone out of the debug menu but I got it. This faq is for users of the Motorola v260/262/265/710 series phones.
Enter debug menu:
Press ##DEBUG without pausing and power off. Turn it back on and you should see the debug menu. While you are there you will not be able to recieve or make any calls.
Exit debug menu:
Press MENU-LEFT SOFT KEY with a small pause and it will ask for an unlock code.
Default codes-
0000
1234
Last four digits of your phone number.
If they don't work, press the MENU key to bring up the "Enter Security Code" screen.
Defualt codes-
000000
123456
Your personal security code for your phone.
Once there, press OK and it will give you the phone number and boot normally from there. If the Unlock did not work, go to the MENU option that lets you change that and go to NEW PASSWORDS/UNLOCK CODE. Same as above and it will ask you to enter the NEW unlock code.
I hope this helps everyone else. Laterz~

I just found out.
If you do the procedure, and you turn off your phone, you will still have the debug menu appear. To correct this error, once you have acces to your phone, re-enter ##DEBUG and power off. When you power back on, Your phone will finally boot normally.

Okay, full procedure in simple steps:
DEBUG MENU:
1. Enter ##DEBUG and power off.
2. Power on and DEBUG menu shall be present
3. Navigate through menu
-Use Left and Right SOFT keys
-Use Up/Down pad keys to select items (not everything)
4. Exit DEBUG menu using MENU then Left SOFT key
Two options from here:
Option A: If you AutoLocked your phone, you need to enter the unlock code and don't be surprised if it DOES NOT work. If you have a Security Code, then when it asks for the Unlock, press the MENU key and enter your Sec. Code. If you don't have one, enter the defualt codes: "000000" or "123456."
Option B: If you DID NOT AutoLock your phone, just go to the next section.
BACK TO PHONE:
If you needed to go to Option A, then go to which ever menu option you go to to change your Unlock Code and use the "sec. Code" shortcut to get to the New Unlock Code screen. If you got Option B, then keep going.
DISABLE DEBUG (NORMAL BOOT):
If you don't wanna have to go through all the hassle of this again, like I did, once you have access to your phone, WITHOUT restarting the phone, once again enter ##DEBUG and power off. Power back on and the phone will boot normally. If you do not, everytime you power off then on the phone, the DEBUG menu shall appear everytime until you do this last step.
I hope this solves everyones problem if they indeed get stuck on the DEBUG menu and don't want to have to shell out money/waste your warranty replacing your phone.
