i got my e-mail setup for the samsung d500 on the t-mobile network.
To send out you must use the t-mobile outgoing mail server which is:
myemail.t-mobile.com
you dont need any APN or DNS setting in the accoutn profile. everything else should be self explanatory.

Has anyone been able to get the email client to work on the d500? I'd like to be able to use the push feature instead of haveing to get on tzones. Anything would help...Thanks

I was wondering...is there anyone getting a "DNS Error" message. I'm trying to find something on the Internet about this, but have been unsuccessful.
Thank you!

Does anyone have trouble downloading files from T-Mobile after setting up the t-zones? It says that my phone model isn't supported. Is this true or are there more settings that need to be altered for it to work properly?

Hello there!
My fone also displays this message. I have the D500 samsung and o2 have told me to try the sim in another fone, as they reckon its the fone at fault ...not the sim card... So thats what i will try. If its the fone then u can take it back to your shop where you purchased it from.

I did but it was that what buggered up my phone in the 1st place. So had to take it back to o2 for them to sort it out. I dont use the emailing anymore, its more hassle than what it is worth.

Under account Settings create a new one then fill all of the following with your email settings.
Ex:
Acct Name: D600 Email
Username: E-mail Username
Email Add: Your Email Add
User Id: Same as your Username
password: same as your email password
Smtp server: Smtp.yourserver.com
pop3 server: pop.yourserver.com
under profile settings do the following
Name: whatever you want
APN: wap.voicestream.com
DNS1: 0.0.0.0
DNS2: 0.0.0.0
username: blank
password: blank
and that should be all you need.
Enjoy
