Can someone please tell me what the latest firmware for the x427 is? I'm holding Rev 1.7 X47UCDC1. Is this current? If not, where can the latest be found?
Thx

I tried x427m on my x427 and it seemed a bit glitchy. I didn't have much time to fumble around with it, so I reinstalled the default x426. Was x427M buggy for you at all?

My major bit...err...glitch came when opening the phone. It had to search for service everytime I opened it. That glitch alone annoyed me to the point of re-flashing the original firmware. Like I said...I didn't give it much time. In fact, the problem could have been me.

Did You change the IMEI # in the firmware to yours after you flashed it?
there are programs that do this on roswells site too... but no, mine NEVER has to search except when it needs to, like when 1st powerup or in a no service zone
