No, there is no main file that you have to edited. All should be in the topic of changing text. So, you have changed the offest from 27 to 01 in the 004a_0001 file? You have inputted your text, add 00 00 and FF for the remaining boxes? Lastly, you have uploaded the seems files back to phone and restart the phone? What else did you missed?

im not sure my p2kman is cooperating with me...can u get me a link to yours...because this one isnt very easy for u to help me upload...i think that is the problem...can u get my a link to the one u have so u can tell me exactly how u do it?

what part of the phone do i upload seems to...and if i have to enter the number under upload....how does it find the seem on my computer?
EDIT :: and how long does it take to upload a seem?

You type in the seems in two parts 0061 and 0001 then click on the upload seem. Search for the file that seem is located in pc.

i got it and it works!! thanks man for all the help...i just wasnt uploading the seems right...i wuz using PC -> phone when that wont work  thanks for all the help...hey do you have any pics of ur phone? or did u not customize the housing?
EDIT :: can u help me now out with uploading games?

Three pages to get your tex to show.  Not bad.
I didn't change my housing but slipped a blue cellophane paper underneath my keypad. I, now, have hyper blue light instead of white.
Games:
If you look in the tutorial there is a post about uploading games. In addition, you should find many, many, many, post about uploading games and the troubles they have or still having. Good luck.
To get you started:
You need midway 2.8 and jadmaker, but I have told you this already in the beginning of this thread.

my jadmaker keeps giving me the error and says that "are you sure [gamename.jar] is a JAR FILE?"
but my file is a jar...and i dont know what to do...help
