True enough.. Like everyother service provider. However if anyone is going to give you a hardtime about an unlock code, either you do NOT qualify or they dont know what to do lol.

This pm I called and asked where were my unlock codes. A tech gave them to over the phone. I had trouble unlocking and called again. The tech knew less than I did. I hung up and called again, the new tech knew what he was talking about. The problem was that somehow my phones were shipped to me unlocked, so we were working for nothing. The tech had no clue. In any case the phones are unlocked and that makes me happy.
