Hey guys, im having a small problem with the transferring or when i enter multimedia studio. When i log on to the MPT my phone status shows correctly on the phone sin and evrything, but as soon as i cliclom Mulimedia Studio i automatically like looses the info of the phone skin to the right. Then when i wsan to transfer .mp3 to my phone it says mobile not connected but when i exit the multi studio it goes back to its correct status. Whats the deal here? can any one help. P.S. what MP3 editor can i use to make my .mp3 songs to fit in my phone like changing the kbit per second on the mp3's and such to make it suitable for the phone.

try checking the title's of the media you have in your phone already (mp3/pics) and make sure there are no 'special charactors' like '&' as mPT won't allow them icon_wink.gif

the title of an MP3 can be no more than 20 characters, and contain nothing like '&' or £$% so on.. check your phone titles of what you may have got downloaded from a site icon_wink.gif
remember it will check all data on loading... pics, tones, vids etc...
Character= every time you hit a button it creates 1 character (including space bar) abc123 = 6x characters
a 'Special' Character that i am on about are usualy the two button one's like !"£$%^&*()_+ as they need you to hold shift

i found out what the problem is. I hope you can get a refund on your usb cable because you bought the wrong one like me. The cable you have is for the v70 and older model phones. They are not wired right for the newer models like the v300 and v400. I bought mine from radioshack so i will take it back tommrow. Hope this clears thing up for you
