Well, that proves me wrong as I still have the V600. Time to upgrade.

on v600, close lid and use the volume adjust to change mode and press the smart key to swith throught ring options and chose 'vibe then ring'
i dont think there is one for both at same time.

The orginal thread wanted to know if it is possible to have vibe and ring go off at the same time when a call comes in. Right know it is set as vibe than ring, and not together.

Well thanks, but to me its sucks, to this day now a have a con with the phone, but anyways its wonderful and for its price...if you sign a contract to sell your soul for 2 year to cingular...its a good price anyways. But, if anyone knows...why did Motorola do this? To me its no good to vibe then ring, i find it quite...stupid. Thanks a lot anyways!!!!

I just found a way to make your motorola phone vibe and ring at the sametime. You just have to change offset 7A bit 4 in your seem 0032_0001. Check bit 4 to activate and ucheck it to deactivate. You can use P2KMan to download and upload the seem 0032_0001. Use XVI32 to edit the seem. Let me know if anyone needs help.
