i got my v600 from t-mobile last month.
i also successfully got BT and USB to work with phonetools and p2k.
i just wanted to know if somebody out there reflashed their v600 and if they got better performance out of it.
here is my phone info:

I did it to mine and have noticed the fast menu response. The RF is much the same as I cannot tell the difference.

You can do either one. Flashing fixes bugs known to phone. Flexing installs new software to your phone. Basically, you will have an unbranded phone. All t-momo settings and features of t-momo will be gone. Thus, you will need to re-insert your mms, wap settings again.
Back up all ringers/wallpapers, settings, etc before flexing I tell everyone.
FYI: If your phone is locked to t-momo, flash/flex will not unlock it.

that means i wont loose my service (right?) and will be able to use it right away, assuming the flash/flex is done successfully.
sorry for stupid questions but i just want to get everything cleared up.

alicia4917:
Those are not codes you can simply insert in phone. It's call flashing and flexing the phone.
