Hi, i REALLY need help! I'm trying to get my Samsung E800 Working again after i killed it trying to download E800 firmware onto it. So here goes, once upon a time....
I am currently using E800 Dowloader 1.8. I downloaded it form http://www.vcdwelt.de/index.php I also downloaded the E800 firmware (E800XEDH1 8.32mb) from the same site. The firmware included 4 files they're as following: E800XEDH1.cfg, E800XEDH1.cla, E800XEDH1.tfs and E800XEDH1.def.
I'm using a USB datacable for the Samsung E700, i don't know what kind of cable it is but it seems to to the job.
So i have the firmware, datacable, flash & dump software and my Samsung E800
I installed my data cable with the software that came included in the pack and connected the cable to my phone and laptop via USB
i opened E800 Downloader 1.8, i set the port to COM6 (This was the COM port my datacable was attached to) and left the baud rate at 115200. I then set the mode to BIN,TFS. I clicked on start And turned on my phone, it then gave me 9 options
1. TFS Format
2. Erase
3. Nand Dump
4. Dump
5. Open Bin
6. Open TFS
7. Stop
8. Download
9. Exit
As i wanted to erase my original firmware that was on my Samsung E800, i got down to work and hit TFS Format Everything went ok and it was successful, so i went onto the next stage and hit Erase to get everything off my phone.... no problems just yet.
Now my phone wouldn't turn on, so i wanted to get the firmware i downloaded on my laptop onto my phone. I opened E800 downloader 1.8 and clicked on Open Bin then located a file named E800XEDH1.cla In the E800XEDH1 folder and clicked ok. Then i clicked on Open TFS And located a file named E800XEDH1.tfs also found in the E800XEDH1 folder. I noticed that in the message window (after i located the tfs file) it displayed this message: InitTFSDescription OK
Everything is going sweet as. I Hit the start button and got this message

Seemed ok. The download button was available to click.. so i checked the Binary and TFS boxes were ok and hit download... This is where i'm stuck
It gave me this error message
What the F*** Is "DWL_SOFT_DOWNLOAD_SECTOR_END_ERR" Why can't it just say something like "Your cable is wrong" "Need a newer firmware" Or even "Your phone just hates you!" I tryed Downloading TFS on it's own and it worked! But it still wouldn't turn on So i tryed to download the binary file on it's own but it gave me the same message

By this time i was ready to sacrifice a small Iraqi child, I've downloaded different firmwares and re-downloaded E800 downloader 1.8 but still no luck
If anybody has advice or a solution to this extremely annoying problem PLEASE reply to this post or e-mail me bigbastard3110@hotmail.com Any advise would be greatly appreciated! I NEED MY PHONE BACK

Try flashing another BIN firmware www.avi-stuff.de password for the rar files is 'avistuffbyag'.

Hi Don, thanks for your reply!
I took your advice and downloaded the files from Avi-stuff.
I downloaded 2 files which were located in the downloads page for the E800. Those files were: E800XADG1.rar and E800AHDG1.rar
But it's bad news, I tryed both of them and same error message as before appeared (Shown below)... I can't see why it's not working, i'm pretty sure it's not a hardware problem as my phone worked fine before. It must be a problem with either my cable or my phone is physically broken (Hope not ) if it was the cable i doubt it would be able to send anything. But i've sent the TFS files to my Phone.. Just not the BIN files.
Ahh I discovered another person with the same error message that i have http://forums.mobiledia.com/topic18948.html Can't really get a clear idea on how it was solved..Or if a solution was found. Something about a battery? .. Can't make out. Hope this is of help.

I've left it on charge for 12 hours and still no luck. It's a 3.7v battery and since the phone is dead, i don't really know how to see if it's fully charged.

Not only does it not download binary... It has also decided to play games with me and not download TFS... I gives me a error at 100%. TFS Checksum received Error
