Why are you yelling?

Um, I think I can answer your question, but I'll tell you right now, I've never actually done it myself.

First off, you need a special screwdriver, pretty sure it is called a T6 (somebody correct me if I am wrong). Any place that sells faceplates will also sell the screwdriver.

Next, open up your phone. Look at the main video screen. See those 4 circles, 2 above and 2 below the screen? Those are covers that hide the screws. Use the screwdriver to pry them off. Careful, it is VERY easy to lose the covers (or so I've been told).

Use the screwdriver on the 4 screws and you should be golden.

T6 Torx screwdriver by Husky is what I use, its like T2 or 1 - 13 or something, found at Home Depot or Lowes I believe for around $6. Hope that helps.
