Hi i just got the V551....i wanted to know if there is any place to get a faceplate for it....cuz i cant find anyone that has it...they keep telling me to get the V400 faceplate??? has anyone tried it??
also anyone know where i can get some free ringtones?? or how to get the voice/sound/mp3 ringtones???

Hey Chrissy I asked and dealer and they said changing face plate on V551 would void warrenty just a heads up

okay and so you are saying that the V400 faceplate would fit the V551 model? and if i was to buy either a V400 or V551 faceplate..how would i go about changing it without breaking my phone?...if you could tell me the instructions on how to change it...i would really appreciate it!! if you know please email me at ---edited: email address is not allowed in forum-----------THANKS!!!

Link, Not the nicest looking bunch of faceplates I've seen but hey its whats there. Also if that voids warranty that means phone dissassemly which means wires panic and peril, so I advise you be very careful and consider carefully before buying and installing.

But the related question was for V551, now that does seem to look a lot like it but who knows, just because outside is the same maybe the internal cuts are a little different. Because the V400 and V505 are the same phone just modeled different for different providers.
