you can use 3gupload.com, i'm not sure if you will need a membership to do this or not, (I have one), but go to "ringtones", then click on "voices" in the list. Now you can choose a category of interest, and when you find a ringtone you want, RIGHT-click on "PREVIEW", then save to your computer. Now go to your vzwpix account (you have to be able to recieve a picture message on your phone, and if you don't have pix messaging on your account, it will cost you 25 cents to receive or send a pix msg.) Once you are logged into vzwpix.com, click on the tab that says "Create Messages" and choose Send a Pix Msg" Now, on the upper left side of the window, there is a red button that says "Upload Media" Use it..... Upload the .qcp file you got from 3gupload.com. Once it is uploaded, find it in your "inbox" on the same page you clicked the "upload media" link. Now click on the file in your inbox, then move to the speaker pic on the right. Drag that to one of the far right boxes, and click "preview and send". It should go to your phone as a pix msg, then scroll down in the msg until u find the name of the file you sent. Make sure you save it to your phone, and it is now in your "media" folder in the main menu of the 265. you can use it for your ringtone for the phone, contacts, etc... Good Luck

3gupload converts the mp3s to midi and sound quality is lost.
i went into a verizon store and sent myself a pix text from a working v710 display... sounds awsome. no if i can only figure out how to use mobile phone tools to drop the tones in on my own...
