Is there any way that I can install an app on my Nokia 7600 so that it can read the .sis files?

Yop, they won't work. They are Symbian OS applications. They are written in C++.
You should inform yourself better before you buy stuff

As I said:
It won't work!
.jar-files are written in Java
.sis-files are written in C++
Two completely different programming languages.
