you cant do it on t630.it is only for t610.

Hi,
Are you sure..? i used a t610, but never got through setting an AMR as a tone. And as well as it wouldn't be much useful since it wouldn't be loud. But T630 supports MMF tones isn't it..? these offer voice and instrumental play..!

And i am right.
Well, none of the x6xx series phones uses AMR, or MMF files as ringtones
Maybe with some hacking in the firmware

Yes, I'm sorry the phone which uses MMF is Z200 not T630.

So the Z200 uses MMF?... Well, an older phone then the T630 uses MMF when the T630 dont.. Cool

Yes, Z200 uses them. Because i got some tones for Z200 from sonyericsson advertising(or something similar) and downloaded some tones. It was "MMF". "Yours_to_create.mmf".

Wonder why they didnt implent MMF into the T630. Anyhow im going to test if its "hidden" as .mid files where on my old Samsung V200:P

Well, the only way to use MIDI in the old Samsung V200, was to download trough wap. I havnt tried on my T630 yet (MMF then)...
But most probably it aint possible :S
