My E600 doesn't let me choose the speed dial option, i've tried saving numbers to sim and phone with no sucess.
Does anyone know how to sort this[/quote]

Bring your phone back to where you've got it from and let them check whats wrong with your phone.

i have kind of sussed it, the O2 help numbers are automaticly entered as the speed dials, by overiding these numbers (delete 1 then save one straight away) this seems to work BUT when my battery died all was lost as it speed dials went back to normal and the numbers i has set was somehow removed from my phone. so i've done it all again and shall keep the phone charged.

the Speed dial option is still in grey and with conversations with O2 they seem to think its a samsung thing but i think otherwise it definatly O2

i have exactly the same problem.i can change the speed dialing numbers , but they revert back when i switch the phone off.
it is very annoying
i think it's an o2 thing. i'm on pay as u go,,are you
maybe on a contract its ok

yes i am on pay as you go to, i have not got the oiginal sim card in which could be another factor, just never gotta switch the thing off

my daughter is upgrading to e660 on an o2 contract so i'll post her access to speed dialing.

my sim card is also from previous phone

my daughter ended up getting the e800 so maybe we'll never know.
o2 support thinks i can't read (their manual)
samsung support haven't replied
