I don't understand why Verizon has the fewest ringtone capabilities of any of the carriers. They have the best coverage but the worst compatibility as far as ringtone websites. It seems there are so many sites that accept AT&T etc but not Verizon. I wish they would get their shit together. Ugh....[end rant]

don't be lazy man....there are alot of "Free" progs out there to get you clipped mp3's, you just have to google a little....i know alot of people that got progs from "Downloads.net", i believe Zcarmanron has a free utility, and it's not that hard at all to use these programs, it's just step by step.
if you get a program and need help with it, i will help you....but i can't help you unless you help yourself first.

Verizon doesn't have very many "TrueTones" as they call them (mp3 tones) because the manufacturers simply haven't made any apps for GetItNow. Currently LG is the only one that has any, and Motorola only has Spanish mp3 tones.
This is according to the sales rep I talked to at my local Verizon store.

Nytro I am not lazy...I just haven't done this before and don't know what to look for. I did read about bitpm...and have downloaded it. I don't know if I should buy a data cable off of ebay or just go to Comp USA or something like that and get one there.
Thanks

"Radio Shack" has the data cables for 20$, alot of posters also say that "3GCables" is a great online company to buy from.

Not unless your phone has that drm (digital rights management) crap that locks your ringtones, forcing you to buy them from verizon. Anyone knows how to get around that?
