motorola v 300 camera problems

I have just had my sons v300 unblocked and we are now having problems with the camera.
when you press for the camera it comes up
photo viewfinder
memory used 5%
then says busy try again later
hopefully there will be someone out there who can help with this problem.
PS
I am a complete novice when it comes to phones so if any reolies please give me it in pigeon english

If it's locked, ican unlock it. If you brick it, I can fix it

take battery out 1 minute , put it back in power up should take care of this if not master reset.

I told you I was a beginer. I've tried taking the battery out for one minute this did'nt solve the problem now I've tried to find master reset in the manual it says it is in settings but I cant find it please help

Try menu, settings, initial setup, master reset.

found it and tried master reset but it has made no difference. I dont know if there is anything else I can try ? or does throwing it with great force at the wall help because thats what I feel like doing

these may sound obvious but,
make sure that the camera (pictures) isn't locked in the application lock .. settings>security>lock application(1234)>unlock everything
it sounds like the camera is stuck in timer mode, but as this only goes upto 10 seconds..it is unlikely

you could try assigning the camera to another softkey or shortcut and see if it still occurs
when you do the taking the battery out... leave the phone switched on at the time...this will 'shock' reset it

^^^If all else fail's return to who'ever unlocked it and blame them^^^

thankyou I will try that and let you know if that was the problem, otherwise as you say I will take it back to person who unblocked it . Could not up to now as shop has been closed for christmas
