I was changing some security settings on my phone and put in what i thought was my pin number then it asked for a PUK code so i put in some more numbers. Now my phone just says, "Sim is Blocked" and "dial emergency number"! I have no clue what to do! Can you help me?!?!

You have to call cingular and have them fix it. You shouldn't have entered the numbers for the PUK code, you locked yourself out.

ug. The same happend to me. You have to go get a new SIM card, however, when this happend to me, I was not charged for the new card because cingular had not supplied us with a PUK code in the first place.

A similar situation happened 2 me, i didnt know the pin number so I entered a number I believed was right. Now it says that I have to eneter a PUK number. If i call customer service will they give me the PUK number or will i have to buy a new sim card? I was never supplied with a PUK number in the first place.
