My situation is similar to everyone else's but a little different. When I first got my phone two months ago I was told along with my girlfriend who also got a phone that nights started at seven and weekends started at four. I knew most phone companies start at nine so I thought I was getting a great plan. The first month's bill came and it was two hundred dollars I shrugged it off thinking I went over my minutes. Then the second bill came and it was $908.72!!! When I looked over my bill my nights were starting at nine. When I called to let them know they made a horrible mistake they said their was nothing they could do because no time was written on my contract only on a seperate sheet of paper by the sales man. After arguing for a while and being refused the information I needed to get a hold of corporate I gave up and I'm sure everyone knows how the rest goes. After finding this site I'm convinced this is going to be a battle. I'm not sure how to get a hold of corporate or who else I would need to contact. If someone out their could help me that would be great. Thank you

hey there sounds like your in a really crappy situiation! the people you need to talk to are customer relations. call customer care and ask for the contact info. you can only contact them through fax or written corrospondance so prepare for a bit of a wait. also, it sounds like part of the problem is that you waited to long to contact cusomter care. not your fault, becuase you weren't aware of the issue, but still. try calling them back see if they can credit you half of the last months overage. theres a good chance they could do that

An amount that high you’ll be lucky if you get half honestly, unlimited nights is defined on the website and all you had to do was call to verify what your rate plan is and what does it offer

Wow, that's a lot of talking. T-Mobile from my understanding starts at 9 and you get 3 days weekends now.

wow a lot of bad info in this thread. first of all as far as the overage is concerned... its quite possible that you would get half the overage on your bills, one at least. at the very least some bonus minutes. But i would contact customer relations. you can call tmobile and get the customer relations contact info (fax or mailing). they should give it to you. if they dont ask for a supervisor and they will give it to you. but the simplest way is tmobile.com under the contact info. its the same department. but if you accept half the overage from customer care then that would be the end of disputing it and customer relations may not do anything for you after you accept that to resolve the issue. so contact them first. either way your nights not going to start at 7 and weekneds not at 4. But... give customer relations as much info or documents (formal and informal) as you have. ......... night mins start at 9 and go through 6.59 the next morning. nights do not come with the 3-day weekend plan... you add nights for 9.99 on the 3day weekend plan if you want it
