Please explain in details your problem. What are your steps, error message, etc? We need more info. What device are you trying to connect?

i have a v600 and the bluetooth works fine but yes it has issues. a couple times my head set has disconnected and has problems pairing. i usually reset it by switching off then on again and it works fine after that. next time try not to do too mant things at a time, it reacts badly to that.
hope that kinda helps

I too am having problems connecting my V600 via Bluetooth. I have built in Bluetooth in a laptop. I have installed MPT and connected using the USB cable. However, I cannot connected via Bluetooth. I can connect using "File Push", but not the "DUN" that MPT requires. I have tried using the Windows tools in "Bluetooth Devices" to no avail. Likewise with the Sony software that came with the laptop. It says "connected" briefly two times and then stops. I never get the "accept?" inquiry from the phone during these attempts.

Like the previous post says I can connect to other phones (like Ericsson T610) and send/recieve data with no problems, however, when I try to connect to another V600 phone it can not find it, what seems to be the problem??? If anyone knows anything about this please post.....

I found the answer! Open MPT. It should say that it is unable to detect. Click OK. Click on the symbol for the menu on the image of the phone and select General Setup. Open the communications tab and click on "change modem". If your BT modem is setup, it should detect it or if not select it anyway and make sure everything is on. This did it for me. If you aren't able to initialize MPT with a cable first, I don't know if this will work since you don't have an image of the V600.
Be careful if you use MPT to sync with Outlook. I did a lot of corrupting of my contacts before I got it sorted out. If you have numbers in the SIM card, it will synch them back into your Outlook contacts.
I must say that this phone is not as easy to use as I had hoped. The Sony Er T610 I replaced was much easier to use and the BT synch was much friendlier, easier to setup and did not wreck my database.
