Thanks. I have tried all of those but still the same. The thing that does concern me where it lists "bearer", mine says "service type". I presume that it's the same thing. If that is the case then the options i get are:
WAP
WAP connectionless
WAP Secure
HTTP and HTTP secure. There is no mention of GPRS or DATA. I wonder if this could be the problem?

It could be. These settings are meant for a Samsung, but can be used by a Motorola. Did you say that you went into a local cellular dealer and asked them to set it up for you?

I haven't been to a dealer but have tried every other method. The settings are very similar to my samsung E700 but i've downloaded the motorola settings from Hellmoto so you would think they work.

So, did they work? Your local dealer should be able to set it up for you.
P.S. Don't mean to ask a silly question, but have you contacted your service provider and had them activate the WAP/GPRS service on your SIM card?

No, none of the settings (V3-V600 (V620 is not listed)) work. I just get the wap pages in list form and if i try to go to the hellomoto wap site, i get an error, file not supported.
Yes i have been onto Orange about my wap and it is all set up. the sim card works on wap on my Samaung E700 and nokia 3510i so it's all down to the settings on my V620.
I haven't been to any local dealer yet as i really want to get it sorted myself plus i don't know where the nearest one to me is.

Not neccessarily your local Motorola dealer, you could just go to the nearest shop that sells cellphones, or the nearest network branch (you cellular network's shop) and ask them to set it up for you.
P.S. Look in the yellow pages or on the Motorola website for your nearest Motorola branch.

Just to add....
My friend has just got the Moto V547 which is exclusive to 02, so you would think that it would display graphics on 02 Active? Well it wont, just text.
I am beginning to give up now as I have also read that the V3 does not show graphics on Vodafone Live even though it is sold on their website.
I dont think the talk about these phones not being supported by the networks hence the no graphics is relevant as I have seen on other forums.
