Does anyone know how to get an automatic attendant on my voicemail so i dont have to record one? I have looked all over the cingular site but i could not find anything about it. please help i am getting very frusterated with it. Thanks!!

When you're in the voice mail, press 4 for personal options, then press 3 for greetings,then press 1 to change greetings, and then press 1 to select the standardized greeting.

Thanks a lot. I just have one question. how do i get into voicemail. when i go to it and press options and then press 4 it says the short cut could not be found. I really appreciate you helping me out. Thanks!!

When you check your voice mail, what are the menu options? I had assumed the options would be the same for all voice mail users.

Thanks a lot for your help, but i just called cingular and asked them myself how to do it and they told me that having an automatic attendant on my voicemail was not an option. I am very upset that it is not an option. How could that not be an option. Oh well I am very angry that i switched to cingular. anyways thanks for all of your time and your help.
