does your test phone have "Verizon Wireless" on the screen....being it is a test phone, they might not have included that

i found out that when my phone losses service, which is not that often thank god, my banner shows up! the VW sign goes away and my banner comes right up!, so it's my conclusion the banner doesnt show because of the verizon logo. go into the basement and hold your phone upside down to lose reception, and then see if your banner comes up

I would agree with the clock setting but its weird so many of them aren't working. I''ll check it out for everyone. Kelly

it's actually pretty simple all you need to do is turn off the ERI Banner.
Go to :
Menu
Display Options
Banner
ERI Banner
Turn it off and the Verizon logo disappears. Go back to the Banner option and type in what you want and it will now show.
Also with the newer version software T83VZW03 it will work automatically
