if you get this cable, do you still need to convert them to midi format?

no you don't need to change them. i used nero (a burnign program) to edit it. or cool edit. i make them around 30 seconds and like 22500 mhz or somethign like that and i just use bitpim and transfer the mp3s. no need to convert.

Hi, I'm jumping in on this thread to try to get some help. My goal is to download photos from my phone to my PC. I already have a USB cable. For the record, I'm using a VX8000 (beta test, w00t), but assume that anything that works on a 7000 will work for me.
I have BitPim, but it gives me errors downloading anything but my contacts. I've also downloaded the drivers from www.futuredial.com, but I don't know what to do with them now that I've downloaded them.
Like I said, my main goal is to be able to download pictures I take onto my PC without using Verizon's stupid E-mail function.
