You might be able to do it with one of those programs that works with multiple cell phones, but I haven't seen any way to do it.

I've downloaded a couple of days ago (Oct. 12, 2005?) the latest they had on the site for the L1100_UK. I assumed it was the latest version but I was also getting the CME-3 error when I was trying to connect to the Java option. Not even uploading or downloading games - just connecting - reaches 90% and then says there's an error - the dreaded CME-3.
If there is a newer version to the L1100 out there - can someone send it to me? My version is v2.2 (2.2.7.04.02-EN).
I'd like to believe there's a conflict in my system - but since they never came out with software links to the L1200 - (the phone I have) - I can only assume it's an incompatibility.
Still - I can get almost everything else going. My contacts transfer is smooth, the ringtones transfer great, the photos transfer somewhat OK - I can only get the small ones off my phone; the connection times out when I try to download bigger photos (I've tried increasing the baudrate in the software and device manager but that didn't help).
Thanks,
Dani

No, I really don't think you can get Java working with the current LG software.

I tried downloading a bunch of different LG-GSM-PC-Connect software packages for different phones from different countries. I extracted the LG Contents Bank from them and tested only those that support Java. Obviously most didn't work - but the F2100_1 managed to ger me the connection all the way (unlike 90% with the L1100) - however, at the end of the connection it too game me an error message - CME-21 (unline CME-3 with the L1100).
I'm a little upset with LG for making a phone that has all these features - but offers no support to use them. A reply to an email about that suggested I talk to my service provider - which is a lame excuse for not willing to help.
However, for those of you who still want to get games in your cell and have an Internet connection - I suggest you try through the Internet instead of through cable. Go to www.getjar.com for a bunch of nice free games. Some of the games won't work on my L1200 - but after testing many I've ended up with a nice collection of games that do work.

I'm glad you thought of that... Get SameGame2 from that site everybody; it's a winner.

Can the LG C2000 be connected to laptop with a USB data cable and be used as a modem? I ordered the data suite (Data Suite For LG F9100, G4015, G4050, L1150, L1200, L1400, C1500, C2000) and it says it can. But, on other sites, it says "no modem support for the LG C2000". Please help.

I have a LG C3300 and need to get the photos of it. Unfortunately the sim that they are on says sim card registration failure (i have had the phone in a cupboard for numerous months now) so i cant send them. I have the data cable but not the software. I have been on the LG site and .well.its about as useful as a chocolate fireguard really.
Can ANYONE please help .where can i get this software.
