OK, I post this the last time and close the thread:
You can't unlcok the 6630 and the 6680 by code, only the provider who it is locked to is able to generate such code and you've gotta pay for it.
The 6680 can be unlocked with the correct hardware (expensive).
Accourding to rumors the 6630 can be unlocked by Dejan in Croatia. But you've got to send him the phone and pay 80 Euro.
