HELP PLEASE
Last night I let some one use my phone and they messed with all my settings and now i turn my phone on and it says sim blocked and at the bottom of the screen it has sos
so i push the botton and it goes to a screen that says dial emergency number
and well it won't let me go past there
can anyone help me or is it to f***** up to fix

sounds like they were messing around with your security pin code and messed it up. Call cingular, you need whats called a PUK code to unlock it again. They have your phone's code on file with your account, it won't cost you anything to fix.

my boyfriend bought it off a friend and its still in his name

Well he has to call and get the code then, its the only way to fix the phone once the sim is locked.

will the sim being blocked make me lose all the info in my phone
plus i called city cell and they said i had to buy a new sim card that all my info was gone and there was no way to recover it
is that true
