Hi,
i've got a motorola E398, i downloaded some videos in mp4 format from this page www.spacesamurai.com, the video on mobile works but without sound. I tried it on nokia mobile and this video works with sound properly. Other videos are alright.

Volume is on the highest level, there must be another problem

Maybe the video and sound files are 'separate', so you downloaded the video file, which is supported, but the sound file format is not. (  )
