Hell that would be nice for the people whose phone was stolen and reported knowing NO ONE can use it, but that would suck for the poor people on ebay who buy the phone anyway.

I personally think that E-Bay should have more security when allowing people to sell items on their site. They should actually check the packages sold, which they ship, to see if there are any defects in them.

Thats just the thing...Nothing actually GOES through ebay. The only thing ebay does is be the advertiser, it doesn't actually involve itself in the purchase or the sell. So really its up to the consumer to watch what they buy. And ya I didn't think about the V600 being quadband. But on any older phone you would have to change the bandwith.
