I have cingular and a motorola V220 phone. One day I tried sending a text message, and it gave me this error: "Unable to Send, in outbox to try again later"
It is not my signal, I've tried it a lot of places. It's not the person I'm sending to, I've tried several people, and I've tried changing service center number. Is there a limit on the # of text messages that I don't know of? Which would strike me as odd since they make money off of it.
I also cannot receive texts either... any suggestions?

Are you out of memory for storing messages on your phone? Try deleting some and see if that helps at all.

before i changed my service numbers, i got a text dated today, i asked my friend and she told me it was from 2 weeks ago

When you send a text are you including the area code with the number?
