anybody know how to remove the faceplate from the vx6100?

Sometimes when removing faceplates it will feel like you're going to f*** up the phone b4 you can pull it off but remember they aren't built to come off. The faceplates are through a third party. They void your warranty through Verizon. Good luck

dont u have to use a small screw to get it off? have u guys had any luc with this/ i am debating buying a cover but now that i see u guys have problems im nto so sure?

Hey I don't know if you people figured this out yet but I just did so hopefully this will help someone. Anyways....
First you have to remove the four gray rubber things near the screen of the phone(use something like a small flathead screwdriver and it'll pop off). Underneath those are the screws that need to be unscrewed. Then you just have to pop the faceplate off with a flathead screwdriver(but just be careful) and then it'll be off.

Apparently you are trying to replace your faceplate. Is there a site that has replacements. I have a crack in mine and would like to replace it.

I just can't get my front faceplate to just pop off.... i have all four of the screws removed. The top of the faceplate will move away from the phone but the bottom of the faceplate won't. PLEASE HELP ME.... if you can help will you email me camelvb@hotmail.com THANKS!!
