most of your guys problems r prety simple as for needing a password u need the patch if u used the patched and still sayes that reinstall wejal dont run it after installing it and then use patch as for the erros u all got it what we call operator eror first if u have a usp dadt cable u need to get the driver pack u can find it all most any were use a seach engin if not u need to set to your com port now that being said as for the general comuincation eror it mostlike what u r geting when u try to uplaod a ring tone and the reason its not a correct ringtone for nextel http://www.harrythompson.com/troubleshooting/ringtones.htm now if u go there and do some reading u can find what u NEED!!!!!!!!! to know instead of just trying to point and click and cross your fingers and hope it all works plus u can find out what u need to know about webjal there to if my spelling to bad sorry i do to many things at once

i have an i730 and i can dl ringtones all day long but when i try to do the wallpapers it will say its dl'd but i cant get it to come up when i choose wallpapers on my phone...any suggestions?

I need help i just got an i860 and i was trying to load ringtones but wejal gives me a message say check connecting and i did everything i done with my i830 and it wont work any ideas please help

Okay. For almost a week now I've been trying to get my phone to connect to webJal but it keeps saying there's and error and I should try setting the baud rate to 19000. then when i go to preferences everything's fine but there is one thing... my COM port its in COM4 and on webJAL i can't change it from COM1 to COM4... COM1 is my only option... the weird thing is it used to work but one day it just stopped also should the usb be recognized as Motorola USB Modem? Someone please help!!

Hey all first time post for me, I am also having problems with the "communication error" coming up after the install appears to be at the end. My question is "How long sould a DL take?" mine takes at least a half hour for the DL bar to reach full length, then i get the Commo Error pop up! After reading i realize that I have only converted MP3 to wav one time then cut the misic i want, i read that I should convert the file once again to wav after i cut it, is that correct? I would greatly appreciate any info. two ?'s how long should a normal DL take? and do i need to convert the files twice to get a working DL?

but the only difference is that on mine istead of saying that in the begining it says at the end it says (A general communication error occurred while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection to the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud rate to 19200.") can some one help me plz!!!!

WHAT DID YOU DO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE PASSWORD BECAUSE I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND I CAN'T FIX IT

when u download the webjal and it says plug ur phone in do that and the when u are threw with all of it go to control panel on ur computer and go to printers and other hardware.Then modems and phones find iden or ur phone and choose it and plug ur phone in and remember the port it says its on and press apply then go to ur webjal and then properties and if it is usb put a check there.Then select the port and poof it works!!!!!

I have a cable modem and even being connected to the internet it still gives me an error notice. Why would this be?
