As for the password I type in webjal and it works.

For password and login try using webjal.

you need to use the right music converter program i have finally found one that works makes all music to the right format for my phone look for ( dBpowerAMP Music Converter ) free for a few songs the i believe there is a charge for unlimited access after good luck

Okay I had the same problem.It is real easy because I was there.What u need to do is go to harrythompson.com and follow the info.He is the man!!!!!!!!!!If not hit me at dee187u2x@comcast.net between the time of 1:00pm and 3:00pm.I have to work after that.Or at 11:11pm when i get off

Alright, I had this problem as well. The song file is probably bad. Make sure that the file is a WAVE audio file, mono, frequency 8000, and 8 bits. All that is important otherwise it won't work for nextel phones, at least not the i860. My problem was the files were all 16 bits or higher and I had no idea. Hope this works for you but I'm sure it will.

You need to convert the file using dbpoweramp software. Convert to 8 bits/ 8000hz and mono. Go to www.dbpoweramp.com and receive your free trial. A permant program is available at www.billingsleysecurity.com/nextel02.htm but you have to pay for it.

Hiya, First time poster here.
I'm having an issue with my webjal, I have everything needed to get the ringtones, the converter, etc etc..and a i730 usb data cable. My phone is an i850.
My problem is this: The webjal continues to say that the phone is not connected, when I do indeed have the phone connected to the usb port. I looked through the thread and found some things that seemed useful but unfortunately it did not help this problem. I tried the modem installation (going through the phone and modem link in my control panel: didn't work) I'm stuck, if anyone can help that would be great.
