well now the phone is connected but it won't d/l the ringtones to the phone and I'm getting that general communications error, even after following the directions on here and several other sites.
Could someone please help me?

Hey this means that the midi, wav, or mp3 you are trying to use is not in the right format. For most phones MIDIs need to be in format 0, WAV files need to be 8000hz, 8 bit, Mono, and MP3s need to be 32k/s, 8000hz, 8bit, mono. If you make the ring tones like this they "should" work.

need help, when i tried to open webjal it tells me the it cannot retrieve required imformation from the server!! what do i do?

I think u should better use MyJal program that way u will avoid all that problems with webjal .
Now , does anybody here knows how can i improve the quality of the nextel wav ringtones or wiche program with good quality do u recommend me?żż?

ok your proplem is that there are alot of steps to get webjal to work so a tutorial is here http://pcs4lessllc.com/webjal_xp_instructions.htm that should help you but make sure that you follow all of the steps exactily as they are shown.

im trying to get idenwebjal but a version thats compatiable with the i870. i had the old version of it but cant find it anywhere. can u recommend something for me?
