I am having trouble with WebJal. I've got everything set up and everything is working up until I go to transfer a song to my phone. I get a box that pops up and says "A general communication error occurred while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection to the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud rate to 19200."
I dont understand because the settings are all correct and the phone is connected, can anyone help?

Push the data cable firmly into the phone and hold them together (firmly) while the WebJal is downloading. If you still get the error, than you need to enable your TTY settings under "Initial Setup".

i need help, this never happened before, when i tried to open webjal it tells me the it cannot retrieve required imformation from the server!! what do i do?

i tried everything n even tried what u said angel but i still can't get it to stop showing that error message.A general communication error occurred while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connection to the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud rate to 19200.

Ive had the same problem and ive been trying to figure it out for about a month now, and i cant find help anywhere so if you find out b4 its posted here, please let me know and i will do the same, right now im researching online websites for WEBjal, u might find some help at this page, it didnt work for me but you never know, http://www.harrythompson.com/webjal.htm, i have nothing to do with that link, i just found the usb link i needed but now i get the error message, good luck

I am having the say problem "cant find requested server" or something like that.. Would some one please Post a solution? Ive struggled with it for 3 weeks.

I have the same problem but my computer also doesn't recognize my phone but it worked once before and it works for my boyfriends phone..... please help me!!!

I got everything setup, but when it asks for the user name and password, i keep it blank and hit ok, but it says "Invalid password for username." WHAT THE HECK!?
