Hi,
Just got a D500 and was disappointed to not have any connection stuff with it. I thought Id get some software or some means to connect to a PC after forking out a lot of money for the handset!
My old S300 came with all the stuff to connect out of the box so why not the D500?
Anyway, seeing as Im new to Bluetooth, how do I connect this D500 to a computer?
What software / hardware will I need and whats the best to use?
Thanks in advance,
Chris

I also have just obtained a d500 and was also dissapointed with the connectivity options.
I have searched high and low for a cable to connect to my pc but it is not available as the phone is "too new", and I should get a USB-Bluetooth dongle, at a cost of £50.
The software required is called easy studio 2, obtained from samgsungmobile.com, just goto the d500 page, then manuals and software, however I have not managed to download this to my pc as it seems to abort halfway through, if you have any joy downloading this file, please let me know, a I find it to be "broken".
Hope this is of help to you, if anyone else can offer any help, it will be greatfully recieved.

Bluetooth Dongles are less than 50 quid. Mine cost about 20 from www.savastore.co.uk
I use an apple mac so the b/tooth works fine but the Easystudio software isn't compatible....
I can send mp3, video etc from my computer to my phone using b/tooth easily, but not vice versa
Anyone figured this out?...

Hi,
Bought a Belkin Bluetooth dongle and it seems to work just fine. I can send and receive stuff to and from the phone.
I have found that it wont play AAC encoded tunes (even though it states this on the box!), Wallpapers with a resolution of 176x220 (the screen size) get squashed into the little viewing window.
Apparently its 176x144 but I cant find any wallpapers out there of this resolution.
Is there any way to disable the date time bar and get a wallpaper at actual full size?
Cannot get GPRS on Vodafone to work at all. tried various combinations of settings from the net and none work.
Having it only play .3gp movies is a pain. How do i convert normal mpegs into this format?
Thanks
