Where can i find free wallpapers for my lg c1300....and if i leave the battery charger conected to it all the time even though its all the way charge can that mess it up any because ive heard some people say they have problems with the battery on it

Well, cheap wall papers are all over the place. I don't know the exact screen size on the 1300, but you can either MMS message them or send them via data cable.
As far as the battery thing goes, DO NOT leave it plugged in all the time. What will end up happening is the battery will overcharge and become useless - eventually. Just charge it when it hits 1 bar or no bars left on the indicator. It shouldn't take more than a few hours to charge fully.

is this for all cell phones or just the lg c13000 because with my old nokia 1100 i keep it on all the time and it never messed up

Same here i left mine to cherge alll the time whenever i was home and it never lost life till this day my little brother has it and he can stilkl go about four days without a charge.So i dont think it goes for all phones!
