I have tried all the instructions on the help pages listed but cant get the thing to work. it seems to connect to the pc alright but when I start a download it goes to the download screen and just stays there. I have checked on the PC by double clicking the connection icon and there is almost no trafic between the two. Only intermitant bytes one way or another, anyone got any ideas where I have went wrong ?????
