Have you got your phone 's jave uploader enable yet?. If you do here are the step.
Look for your Phone modem in Setting>control panel>system>hardware>device manager> modem > property you should see a few taps look for the com port that it's in and write it down or memorize it.
Open your Midway with fone not plug in
On your fone >java setting>java uploader> select, it will as you to insert cable, do so and you'll see java link is active.
Go to Midw setting, there are three boxes. Top box enter the com port# that you seen your modem was in. Second box, us dropdown and choose the highest rate. Third box type in AT.
Next click on the icon that below File(open jad) to load your game , game has to be in jad file not jar. If you have it in jar , use jad maker to convert it. ( simple , open jadmaker, drag jar file drop in the jadmaker box thenyou et jad).
Next click on the icon that next to open jad which is call send jad, now look at your fone it should say on your low right conner "download" click that and you are done. icon_smile.gif

First open your phone and goto java setting and select java application loader...your phone will say 'insert cable now' plug in the cable and the phone will say 'JAL Active'
now open midway..
When you open Midway... find the correct com port for the phone, (Mine is 4) and send .jad file
