hey duce even lights should be like your ring lights, remember what seem those were under? also from my understanding of messing with these phones they do not have the ability to ring and vibe at the same time, there is no seem edit for that
You wanted to know how to get back the event lights on phone?

Use motorola tool to open your 0032_0001 seem
Goto tools modify bit settings
type in 65, make sure bit 0 is checked
type in 63, make sure bit 1, 3 are not checked
I don't know if that will work for you because someone else tried it and was unsuccessful.
