Hmm, my Wizard shows 9 manufacturers inc. Mobile Action.I will not bore you with what I think is going on, instead try this :
Device Manager/select your IrDA (I'm guessing that it will still show on list)/Properties/Driver/update Driver/'Install specific list..'/ Tick 'Search for the best...'/Untick CDRom box/Tick 'Include in this Search/Use Browse to specify 'My Docs' (or wherever you put Mobile Action mA620 folder)/Next.
This should locate driver!

Nope... says there's no match . Also, to even be able to select the folder when I use "Include in Search" in the first place, I have to extract the .inf file from the .cab archive first... weird...

Right, back again.
On the face of it, we could go down the USB/data cable route, (I use IrDA and USB cable) but there are so many rogue cables out there, it's best if we stick to this for now.
Forget the MA620 drivers for now, it doesn't matter if it should work, fact is, I'm not at your PC and it doesn't.
Re-install your SA-620 drivers and start at 9600 port speeds on both device driver props and Easy settings and work upwards using every combination of port speeds that you can think of. I would imagine the device port speed would need to be higher, but try everything.
Also, have you set up a GPRS Modem yet, you would normally do this later for the EasyGPRS Wizard (Net connection) stage, but try - Hard Wiz/Add New/Modem/Your Manufacturer- Kingsum?
Keep me posted
