I took the screws out... but I can't seem to get the faceplate off. Is it supposed to snap off? I tried pulling a bit but I'm afraid of breaking it. Any advice would be much appreciated.

what your going to do is just take ur nail and on the sides of the cover just run your nail across it and pull the back then pull up the cover so you dont snap anything off

lol, well just try to push youre thunmbs down on the sides and pull up lol dont hurt your self or just go to like cingular or att or tmobile and they will take it off for you

I've gone to about 3 different cell phone places and they all say they won't do it. The last place said they wouldn't because they don't want to be responsible if they mess up the camera.
Oh well. I'll get it eventually. *sigh*
