I have a nokia 6260 and I can't get an IR connection with pc suite. I use version 6.41.6 .
When I activate the IR on the phone the pc recognize him and I can transfer files from and to the pc (XP PRO) but no connection with pc suite?
With a nokia 7210 everything works fine
Can someone help me?
Thanks

I have downloaded the latest PC Suite version, 6.5.10, and can now use my 6260 as a modem to connect my PC to the internet. But I have found that I have to disable some start up programs, using msconfig, in order to connect my to phone to the rest of the PC Suite program. I now have the task of trying to find the program that is conflicting with PC Suite. Not exactly the best situation to be in.

My problem was that it still recognized my Nokia 6600 software on Nokias website you can update the software, install the modem driver first, then install the new hard ware then try to connect to the PC Suite. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the file manager I can't move things to my Multi Media card. But that should work. If not check your idra setting on your comp and trouble shoot them
