The Real Player only support Real Media files (.rm)which are especially encoded for the phone.

The phone also plays .3gp-files.

You will need Real Media Helix Producer to make .rm-files.

3gp files can be made with different tools. One would be Quicktime Pro.

But the easiest solution would be SmartMovie.
It includes a converter for your computer and a player for the phone. It uses the DivX codec.

Nope, only when re-encoded and rescaled to DivX.
