I'm trying to get my phone to sync with Outlook 2003 on WinXP.
I've successfully got my phone to half sync - the PC will send all the phone contacts - but it won't do a full sync.
When it's completed, it comes up with the following warnings:
| Quote: |
SyncML Server information.
The SyncML Server was unable to send a complete SyncML Package to the SyncML Client.
---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------
Possible Solution
Check the connection between the SyncML Client and the SyncML Server, then restart Synchronisation. |
Does anyone know how to get around this?
Cheers
James

Sorry to be a pain everyone, but this is really annoying me, as I can't find anything out on it anywhere....

Not sure if you've sorted this but I had the same trouble and solved it by removing / editing any contacts without a name (i.e. those with only a company name).

How simple! Updated all my contacts to have names, and it worked a treat... thanks...

Hi!
What version of Nokia PC Suite you are using? 5.8 or 6.x?
...and what is your used phones SW version (can be view by *#0000#)?
