Returned home from work yesterday to find a note from DHL, drove to their depot and picked up a brand new SE S700i, free of charge from O2 themselves! After this I then recieved a call the next morning (on my new S700!) from a member of the senior complaints team offering his apologies and confirming I recieved the new phone.

So to sum up, I have got an early upgrade (saving me £80) and they haven't even asked for the K700i back!!
Just goes to show you, if you want something done - GOT STRAIGHT TO THE TOP!
I wish everyone else the very best of luck in getting your K700i problems sorted.
