Changing the cingluar logo when phones open

i have a v600 and just got my data cable from ebay, ive masted the ringers and pics, now to the next step. unlocking aim, and i want to change my cingular logo inside and on the outside once the phones open, also i need to turn up my volume like the gain or whatever, because its not loud at all...thanks for your help!!

that worked out great, thanks alot !! now anything else i can do..that i dont know of? is the cingular logo on the main screen able to change? im willing to try anything, thanks..but let me know if its going to void my warranty. Thanks

Anything you do to the seems voids warranty. Thats why you always BACKUP and you backup for many other reasons too. So I'll say it again BACKUP ALL SEEMS! icon_biggrin.gif Have fun and welcome to the modding world!
