I've so far only been able to find 64MB cards, heard rumours about 128MB but haven't found a supplier. I went down tottenham Court Road in London (hundreds of electronics retailers) and nobody had even heard of this flavour of media.
Some hunting around and it turns out that Samsung are to release 128MB and 256Mb cards in quater one. Well, that's now...and I still haven't seen anything about them. I mailed the UK distributer and got the following reply - see below:
Hi Andy
128MB and 256MB DV-RSMMC is currently being beta tested. Hopefully product
should be available within the next 4 weeks
Best Regards

> Hi,
Can you supply dual-voltage reduced size MMC (DV RS-MMC) cards? I am looking to
purchase a
card of at least 256MB (512MB would be preferable ) to replace the 64MB card
supplied with my
Nokia 6630 smartphone.
Thanks in advance,
Andy Yates

How would i know if the MMC really works? Will you know if it's working just by looking at its memory details?

yea - the correct spec for DV RS-MMC is 1.8V and 3.3V (enabling write and read data at 20mA)
If it doesn't say DUAL VOLTAGE and/or 1.8V/3.3V it won't work.
cheers,
andy

What is the advantage of dvmmc? otherwise why do they need to manufacture this mmc as normal mmc can do the job leow?

1) They use less energy -> longer battery life
2) The normal RS MMCs won't work in the 6630 (and newer Nokia phones - Nokia now uses the RS DV MMCs) because they need more energy
