HOW-TO: Samsung D500 Codes

i have a d500 and when i put a virgin sim card in it it works. but other sim cards have limited service and wont let me do anything. any ideas? if its alrealdy had its imei blocked can it still be changed

i have been trying to unlock my d500 off of orange and after looking at alllllllllll the posts on here i was still lost on how i would unlock my phone to all networks

SO in the intrests of evry body here i went out and payed £4.50 for a list of instructions and 5 codes that would work

2. Enter the unlock code into your handset.
3. Now replace your SIM card and turn the phone on.

Entering Code instructions
1. Remove SIM Card from handset
2. Enter Code 1 into the handset
(Your handset will display "auto subset lock activated")
3. Enter Code 2 into the handset
4. Your handset should now be unlocked.

a) Enter an alternative network SIM card into your Samsung D500 and reboot.
b) The new network should be displayed in handset window.
c) If the process is repeated with yet another alternative network SIM card, you may be requested to input a security or pin code to enable the use of the new SIM card.
d) Enter 00000000 (8 zeros) which should enable the SIM to be accepted.
e) Finally once again enter 00000000 (8 zeros) and this should permanently unlock the Samsung D500.

i have the D500 phone and my cell phone company program the down right botton (in the first start screen) that if i press this button the phone connect to the internet and they start to charge me for every secound.
i have 2 years old kid that loves tp play with my phone and every time he open the cellphone and press the button.

can someone help me the change this button to somthing alse ?

Hi~ I need help!! I already asked this here, but I just thought I might ask it again~

*I have a big problem with my camera!!
Whenever I try to take a picture, the phone freezes and turns off and it doesn't even save to the phone!! The weird thing is, is that I can take a multi-shot without problems, and I can do videos...

Please help!! Its been over 3 months since this happened and no one knew what to do! Even when I went to the place where I bought it from, they had no idea what was wrong.....
